PrOrewards

Everything you need to know about PrOrewards Programme.

You can view this on your Home screen after you have logged in.

All you have to do is forward your referral link to your family and friends. Once they have successfully purchased a Pacific & Orient Insurance Motor Product using your referral link, you will be entitled to your reward!

Once you have received the email/SMS with your reward, you can go into the TNG eWallet app on your phone. Then:

  1. Click on ‘+ Reload’ on the home screen.
  2. Click on ‘eWallet Balance’ from the pop-up screen that appears below.
  3. Click on ‘TNG eWallet Reload Pin’ at the bottom of the next screen.
  4. Key in the TNG eWallet PIN sent to you in your reward email/SMS (also used for registration).
  5. Click on ‘Reload Now’ to enjoy your reward!

You only need to own a P&O motor insurance policy to join this program. This means any Private Car or Motorcycle products we offer are included.

Yes, they use your unique referral link to purchase Pacific & Orient insurance for multiple vehicles, you can.

Yes, if you own more than one vehicle, you can.

For example: Ahmad owns 2 cars and 1 motorcycle. If Ahmad already owns a P&O policy for 1 car, he can successfully refer himself for the 2 remaining vehicles by purchasing P&O insurance with his unique referral link.

You will be sent your reward by email 1 day after a successful referral. If their policy’s effective date starts later than the policy purchase date, the 1 day period will start from the policy effective date instead.

By logging into your profile, you can view the time and date of your successful referrals.

No. You can only receive your reward if your friends and family purchase a Pacific & Orient Insurance Motor product online through your referral link. Purchases made through other means do not count.

Yes, they do. Please refer to our email/SMS for the expiry date for redeeming each reward.

PrOrewards is a program where you can win different rewards by successfully referring someone else to buy or renew a Pacific & Orient Insurance Motor Product. Currently, this program is running over a 6-month period, starting from 20th June 2021. Due to the popularity and positive feedback on PrOrewards, this program has been extended by another 6 months to 30 June 2022.

No, a referee can only be tagged to one referrer. This is based on whichever referral link was used first to purchase Pacific & Orient Insurance motor product.

Click on “Forgot Password?” and a unique OTP code will be sent to your registered phone number. With this, you can create a new password.

You will be notified of your reward details by both email & SMS once there is a successful referral.

You can also track your successful referrals & rewards on your profile by logging in at PrOrewards (poirewards.com).

Currently we are giving out TnG e-wallet funds worth RM15 (for each successful Motorcycle referral) and RM25 (for each successful Private Car referral).

We are looking to expand our collection of rewards soon!

You can get your referral link by registering your information at PrOrewards (poirewards.com). Once done, you can login to get your link through your clipboard, WhatsApp or Facebook.

All you have to do is own a Pacific & Orient Insurance Motor product and register for the program. It’s as simple as that!

You should be:

  • A customer of Pacific & Orient Insurance Co. Berhad who is Malaysian or residing in Malaysia.
  • Not an active insurance agent.
  • Already be an existing Pacific & Orient Insurance Motor Policy Holder (for Private Car or Motorcycle)
