Receive our Accident or Breakdown Total Assist (24/7) services for any breakdown and/or tow truck assistance through our trusted partners MyEG(MyAssist) and OneWorks(Carfix).

Services provided include:

24/7 Total Assist (breakdown and tow) services.
Free towing up to RM350 (for cars) and up to RM150 (for motorcycles)*

Accident Assist aims to improve the overall process following a road accident by providing you with timely roadside assistance and detailed help on making a motor insurance/takaful claim.

Introducing Accident Assist, provided by the Malaysian insurance and takaful industry to anyone seeking immediate help in a roadside accident. Accident Assist provides:

A 24 hour, 7 days a week open helpline.
Help for towing services to approved workshops.
General information and answers to basic or common questions you may have on making a motor insurance/takaful claim.

Accident Assist is managed by general insurers and takaful operators. It is operated by Telekom Malaysia.
